LEMON CAKE | |
1 box lemon cake mix 1 pkg. jello instant lemon pudding 3/4 cup Wesson oil 3/4 cup water 4 eggs Add water, oil and eggs to dry pudding and cake mix. Spray large loaf pan or large bundt pan with baking spray. Put batter in pan and bake for 1 hour at 325°F to 350°F or till toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and punch top full of holes with a fork. Pour mixture over cake and put back in oven for 3 to 4 minutes. Topping: 2 cups powdered sugar 1 cup lemon or orange juice 1 tbsp. Wesson oil |
