2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca Fresh peaches Slice fresh peaches into unbaked pie shell. Beat together: beaten eggs, sugar and tapioca. Mix well. Pour mixture over fresh peaches. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is baked. (NOTE: See Sherry's recipe for pie crust, included in this section.) |
