FRIED CLAM PUFFS | |
1 can minced clams 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. clam liquid 1 heaping c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder Beat egg and salt. Add milk, clam liquid and chopped clams. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to clam mixture and stir well. Drop by tablespoons into hot fat and fry until brown. Drain on paper towel. |
