STUFFED CRABS 
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. crabmeat
Salt, black, and red pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped green onion tops
2 stale hamburger buns or 6 slices of stale bread soaked in 1 c. Pet milk and 3 eggs
Bread crumbs

Saute onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic in butter until wilted. Add Worcestershire sauce, crabmeat, and seasoning to taste. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, stirring often. Add onion tops, parsley, and bread which have been soaked in milk and eggs. Mix well. Fill 12 crab shells. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
