RED BEANS AND RICE 
1 pkg. red beans, dried
1 lb. smoked sausage (long link)
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Tony Chaceeves

Wash beans and soak overnight; drain and add water. Cut linked smoke sausage 1/8" thick. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours. Serve over rice.
