FROZEN MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. Hershey chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. whipping cream

Mix crumbs, sugar and butter for crust and pat into pie tin. Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed chocolate syrup. Dissolve coffee in hot water and add to above mix. Beat whipping cream and fold into mix. Put into crust and freeze 6 hours. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
