1 recipe of your favorite pie crust dough
Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter

Ro ll dough 1/8 inch thick and cut with favorite cookie cutters (we use mini cutter). Place cookies on cookie sheet; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until edges are light brown. Carefully remove to cooling rack.
