FESTIVE FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. Pet evaporated skimmed milk
12 reg. marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
Pinch of salt
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in a heavy 2 quart saucepan the sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter and salt. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over top). Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Take off heat. Stir in until completely melted the chocolate pieces. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread in a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into 30 pieces.
