CARROT BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Add grated carrots. Sift together soda, baking powder, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add to carrot mixture. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
