SUMMER SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. (4 1/2 c.) vanilla cook and serve pudding not instant
1 sm. pkg. tapioca pudding
1 lb. can chuck pineapple
1 c. mandarin oranges
3 to 4 bananas sliced
Orange juice

Drain and measure juice from fruit add orange juice to equal 3 cups of liquid. In saucepan cook dry puddings with juice liquid and bring to a rolling boil. Cool completely and add fruit. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving. My Husband's favorite!
