CORN BREAD 
3 eggs
1 sm. pkg. Flako muffin mix
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 sm. cream corn
1 c. (sm. container) sour cream

Beat eggs, oil and salt. Lightly add Flako, corn and sour cream. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees in greased 8 x 9 inch pan. (I use iron frying pan).
