FAST FUDGE 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

In 4-quart bowl microwave butter on high 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Microwave 5 minutes or until mix begins to boil. Stir after 3 minutes; scrape bowl. Continue for 5 1/2 minutes.

Stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 13x9 pan. Cool to room temperature. Cut into squares. (Lightly grease pan.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
