FANCY SAUERKRAUT 
10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook onion in bacon grease. Add flour and tomato juice. Cook and stir to thicken. Add everything else. Pour into greased casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
