1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
1 (1 lb. can) stewed tomatoes
2 or 3 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained

Saute in butter, the onions, green pepper, and mushrooms. Combine with other ingredients in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for one hour with cover on. Then on-half hour uncovered. If you prefer, add some sliced polish sausage with the other ingredients and bake the full 1 1/2 hours.
