1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 med. jar marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and put in a bowl. Serve with grapes, apples, bananas.
