SKILLET BISCUIT LOAF | |
2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 (7.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese In 10 inch nonstick skillet over low heat, melt butter with garlic powder. Coat biscuits with Parmesan cheese, then place in skillet, overlapping slightly. Cover; cook over low heat 8 minutes or until underside is browned. Invert biscuits onto plate, then slide back into skillet; cover. Cook 10-12 minutes. Makes 10 servings. |
