EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. saltine crackers, crumbled (1 row out of a large box)
1 stick melted butter
2 cans boneless chicken OR boil one chicken and remove from bones
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheese

Coat crackers with the butter and put in bottom of casserole dish.

Layer chicken on top of crackers.

Mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 cup sour cream. Then pour over chicken. Top with grated cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (covered).
