GLAZED MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp. beef flavor instant bouillon
1 (16 oz.) jar peach preserves
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 pkg. instant onion soup mix

In large bowl combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs and bouillon; mix well. Shape into 1 1/4 inch meatballs. In large skillet brown meatballs. Remove from pan, drain grease. In skillet combine the remaining ingredients. Over low heat, cook and stir 5 minutes. Add meatballs, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
