MUTTI'S PEACH KUCHEN 
2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
12 peach halves
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 c. heavy or sour cream or evaporated milk

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in butter and butter with pastry blender. Pile in 8-inch pan and pat down evenly in layer on bottom and halfway up sides. Place peach halves over bottom. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Mix egg yolks and heavy/sour cream or evaporated milk and pour over peaches. Bake additional 30 minutes.

NOTE: Other fruits may be used.
