MUSTARD PICKLES | |
1 gal. pure cider vinegar 1 c. salt 1 c. sugar 1 c. dry mustard Cucumbers Wash small, firm cucumbers, dry on towels. Pack in jars and pour above solution over and seal. Very crisp. Brine can be used cold or hot. Both ways produce crisp pickles. |
