BUSTER BAR DESSERT 
11 1/2 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. Spanish peanuts
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter

Mix crushed Oreo's and 1/2 cup melted butter; press in pan. Spread ice cream on top of Oreo's; sprinkle with peanuts. In medium saucepan, mix powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup of butter. Boil; simmer 10 minutes - don't let it scorch. Cool completely; pour over ice cream mixture. Freeze.
