STROMBOLI 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1 lb. baked ham, sliced and torn into bite size pieces
1/2 lb. sandwich pepperoni
1/2 lb. salami (optional)
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced

Thaw bread but do not let rise. Roll out one loaf on well floured board. Place in a 11 x 14 inch well greased Pyrex dish. Layer ingredients. Roll out other loaf and place on top, pinching bottom and top crusts together. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown on top. Cut into squares. Serves 12.
