POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. O'Brien hash browns (country style)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

Pour hash browns in a large baking dish; set aside. Mix next 6 ingredients in a bowl. Spread over hash browns.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Sprinkle corn flakes over top. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
