BARBECUE SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. barbecue sauce 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 2 c. grated cheese 4 c. sliced potatoes 1/2 tsp. paprika Combine soup, milk, sauce, spices, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Stir in potatoes. Put mixture in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 6 servings. |
