KANSAS CITY STEAK STRIPS 
2 sirloin strip steaks
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. chili sauce
Dash salt and pepper
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans

Cut meat into strips. Heat 1/2 the butter in a skillet. Add meat. Saute over medium heat until meat is brown and cooked to your liking. Remove meat. Add remaining butter to pan. Add green onions. Saute over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until onions are soft but not brown. Remove.

Add broth to pan. Heat and scrape pan brownings. Add chili sauce. Add green beans to pan and heat for a few minutes. Add meat and green onions and stir to blend well. Cook over high heat for a few minutes until mixture is hot. Add salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
