STRIP STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 env. onion soup mix
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil, leaving a 1 1/2 inch collar around the edges. Arrange meat in pan. Sprinkle with soup mix, salt and pepper. Top with green pepper and onion.

Combine tomato soup, water, steak sauce and brown sugar; pour over meat. Cover with a piece of foil the size of pan and collar. To seal, fold edges up and over; press together. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
