GRILLED PINEAPPLE BURGERS 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
3 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapples, drained
3 slices bacon
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix ground beef, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Press pineapple slices into each patty. Wrap each patty with a slice of bacon, secure with toothpick. Mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey and lemon juice. Pour barbecue mixture on patties. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Grill patties, pineapple side down 4 inches from hot coals, 12 to 15 minutes. Turn, brush with barbecue mixture. Grill 10 to 15 minutes. Heat remaining barbecue mixture. Serve with patties. 8 servings.
