SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash browns
2 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions

Mix together and bake 30 minutes in 350 oven. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Return to oven and bake for 35 minutes more.
