COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Bakers coconut
2 pie shells, unbaked

Sprinkle coconut in unbaked pie shells. Melt butter and mix all other ingredients with butter, and pour over top of coconut. Divide the mixture between the 2 pies. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
