YELLOW TAIL SNAPPER - HAWAIIAN
STYLE
 
6 fillets of yellow tail snapper, cleaned of bones and blood line
1 bottle Lawry's Hawaiian marinade
1 can sliced pineapple
3 bananas

Marinade fillets longer than 1 hour if possible.

Bake or grill this dish. Top the snapper with pineapple, then bananas.

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes; fish should flake with a fork. Grill 10 to 15 minutes each side. Turn once. Do not overcook the bananas.
