FRANKENBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
3 tbsp. steak sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, minced
1 c. shredded cheese
6 slices bacon, partially cooked & drained
6 hot dog rolls, toasted

In mixing bowl, combine beef, steak sauce, egg, salt, onion and cheese. Divide into 6 portions. Shape each portion into long roll resembling hot dog. Wrap with bacon slice. Broil, turning carefully, until brown on all sides and cooked as directed. Serve in rolls. Makes 6 servings.
