PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. cold water
1 c. liquid oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pumpkin (lg. Libby's solid pack)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients well. Add nuts and raisins. Bake in two well-greased bread pans. Bake about 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean.
