VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dill
1 onion, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 basil leaves, shredded
1/4 tsp. dried pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Put all ingredients in a bottle and shake well. This dressing is great for marinating meats or fish. Delicious on a garden salad. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream to make dressing creamy for on salads. Also, 1 small can of shrimp can be added, if desired. Remember to refrigerate.
