EASY CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix 1 (16 oz.) can cream corn 1 (16 oz.) can kernel corn, drained 1 c. sour cream 2 eggs Cheese, grated, for topping Combine all ingredients except cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover top with grated cheese and bake 10 minutes more. Serves 8. |
