WHITE CHOCOLATE, NUTS & PRETZELS | |
2 lbs. white chocolate 2 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts 2 c. pretzel sticks, broken Use heavy aluminum pan on top of stove (low heat). Stir white chocolate until smooth. Stir in nuts and pretzel until coated. Dip by large spoonsful onto 2 buttered cookie sheets. Spread out thin. When cool, break into pieces - perhaps by bending cookie sheets. |
