CLASSIC TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 env. (approx. 2 oz.) chicken noodle soup mix
2 1/2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked
2 c. canned peas, drained
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a medium saucepan, over low heat, melt butter; blend in flour and pepper. Gradually stir in hot soup and cook until thickened. Add tuna and fold in peas. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart ovenproof dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes until heat through.
