SCALLOPED CORN 
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. canned milk
3/4 c. graham crackers, crushed (about 8)
1 can creamed corn
1/4 c. chopped onions

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
