SURPRISE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix together and add 6 ounces chocolate chips, set aside. Sift together: 1/2 c. cocoa 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt

Add: 2 tbsp. vinegar 2/3 c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and put in lined muffin tins 1/3 full. Put a teaspoon full of cream cheese mixture on top of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be frosted or unfrosted.
