SEASONED CROUTONS | |
3/4 to 1 c. oil (light is fine) 1 pkg. ranch style dressing mix 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 3/4 tsp. dillweed 3/4 tsp. lemon pepper 2 lg. boxes of oyster crackers (preferably the more flat kind) Mix items 1 through 5 together. Put both boxes of oyster crackers in large Ziploc bag. Pour season mixture over crackers. Seal bag and manipulate bag so that all crackers are covered. Empty crackers on sheet of paper towel to drain some of the oil off (30 minutes). Store in airtight container. Serve as croutons or eat as a snack. Children love these. |
