TOM'S CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1 lb. chicken breast
2 green peppers
1 med. onion
2 cloves garlic
Peanut or vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. paprika
Ground pepper
Soft flour tortillas

Slice chicken into strips and put in bowl. Moisten with a little oil. Mix together chili powder, cumin, cloves, paprika and some ground pepper. Sprinkle onto chicken, mixing to coat evenly, then set chicken aside. Slice onion, green pepper and garlic. Fry in a little oil (use a large frying pan or wok).

Before onion gets too soft remove contents of pan to a bowl. Fry chicken (in more oil if needed), approximately 10 minutes. Then add peppers, onions, garlic for 1 minute. Serve in warm tortillas with sour cream or picante sauce.
