CRABMEAT CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 c. cooked rice (after cooking) 3/4 c. bread crumbs Cook rice according to package. Combine soup, milk, mayonnaise with rice. Add crabmeat. Mix all together; place in greased casserole. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4. |
