CRANBERRY-ORANGE BREAD 
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. hot water
1 c. raw whole cranberries
Grated rind of 1 orange
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In mixing bowl, beat egg, softened butter, and hot water. In blender, chop or grate raw whole cranberries with orange juice. Add mixture to mixing bowl, add sugar and mix together. Add salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix well and add grated orange rind and nuts. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
