1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. shortening or butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix and pour into a greased lightly floured 8 x 9 inch pan. Cover with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
