GARDEN PIE 
2 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. chopped tomato
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bake in 8 x 8 inch baking dish at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top of vegetables in pan. Beat other ingredients until smooth and pour in pan. Bake until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
