RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. nut meats

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Mix in order given. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans. Mix topping and sprinkle on each loaf. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
