MEI FUN NOODLES 
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 cabbage, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
2 layers Mei Fun noodles
2 pieces garlic
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
dash of salt and pepper

Soak noodles in a bowl filled halfway with water for five minutes. In a big pan (preferably a wok), stir-fry garlic and onion. Then add shrimp, pork, cabbage, carrots and a dash of salt and pepper. Stir for about 1 to 2 minutes and then add 1/2 cup of water. Wait until the water is boiling, then add the noodles and mix. Also add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for coloring.

Serves 4.
