BEEF-NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground pork 3 tbsp. butter 3 med. onions 2 cans tomato soup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sugar Sm. can mushrooms 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese 8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained Brown onions in butter. Add meat and cook. Drain. Add soup, 1 1/2 cup water, salt, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, and sugar. Pour over noodles and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Last 15 minutes add chopped almonds or chow mein noodles. |
