CHILI-BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans
1 (12 oz.) can corn with sweet peppers
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 c. corn chips, lightly crushed
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In heavy skillet, cook beef and onion; brown and drain. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add beans, undrained corn and chili powder. Mix well. Top with corn chips and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
