DONUTS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. buttermilk

Flour enough to make stiff dough. Enough to pat out and cut. About 7 1/2 cups.
