SPINACH SALAD 
Dressing:

1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix catsup, vinegar, sugar, salad oil and Worcestershire sauce together. Drizzle on salad.

Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.

Salad:

Red onion (sliced)
Navel orange (peeled and sliced)
1 hard boiled egg

Place washed and dried spinach leaves on plate. Top with 1 or 2 orange slices. Top with thin sliced red onion rings and sliced egg.
